MAX-level Super Special Moves requires two stocks to perform. One stock can be used to summon a striker, perform a guard or super cancel, a blow-away attack, or a Super Special Move. Teams with no strikers will have a longer Power Gauge to fill and can carry only one stock, while a team with only one fighter and three strikers will fill their Power Gauge quicker and carry up to four stocks. The number of strikers in one's team will affect the length and number of stocks of the player's Power Gauge. Before each match, the player can form a team configuration of four fighters and no strikers, to one fighter and three strikers. Instead of a strict "three fighters and one striker" format, this installment introduces the Tactical Order System, which allows the player to select which characters will they control in combat and which characters will serve as strikers. Like in the previous game, the battles are once again between teams of four. Both the original Neo Geo version and the Sega Dreamcast version were included in The King of Fighters NESTS Hen compilation released for the PlayStation 2 in Japan.
The stand-alone PlayStation 2 version was released in North America in a two-in-one bundle with the preceding game in the series, The King of Fighters 2000. The game was ported to the Sega Dreamcast in Japan only and PlayStation 2. The game was produced by the South Korea-based company Eolith and developed by BrezzaSoft and Eolith, a company formed by former SNK employees.

Game works perfectly, its just the extracting after the install that fails Reply Delete each time you press ESC you need to check if the videos.7z is there. I pressed ESC when i wanted to pause the install process, and i pressed ESC directly after clicking on NO if it asked me for installation canceling. If you see the videos.7z in the \videos folder extract it there, if there is a file that includes the worrd "tmp" in it then it still isnt extracted I did it by waited for the install bar to fill to end and pressed esc, checked if it was successful by going to \videos folder Videos.7z is the last file copied so its really hard to pause the installer after its copied Now you need to pause the installer exactly when videos.7z is copied to your drive Go to your install directory and extract the following archives into their folders: When the game is extracting videos.7z press on cancel and hold it there
to fix all that mess i used winrar as follows: It may be a little late but i found the error.the reason is 7zip and win7.
